Theron Plummer and Kimberly Ware were in the process of getting divorced earlier this year. As a matter of fact she had moved out of the house and was living with other family members in order to get away from the man who had a history of domestic violence and was already on probation.
On May 25th of this year Theron had taken his two children out to eat and then showed back up at Kimberly’s house with the two children. And a gun. Allegedly he told at least one of the kids that he knew they were in on it, showed them the gun and told them he was going to kill their mother. He then went in and argued with Ware and shot her several times and ran.
The murder took place in the West Georgia area (which is where I live) so I followed it for awhile, until they caught him in Anniston, Alabama on May 28th. He’s been sitting in the Floyd County jail without bond since then.
According to the motion to seek the death penalty the murder was committed during the commission of an aggravated battery and was ‘wantonly vile, horrible or inhuman that it involved torture, depravity of mind, or an aggravated battery to the victim’. He’s been charged with Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, Commission of a Crime by a Convicted Felon and First Offender, First-Degree Cruelty Toward Children and a Probation Violation. He is also charged with two counts of Third-Degree Cruelty To Children for threatening and pointing a gun at another.
Theron Ramon Plummer is to be arraigned on December 12th. Merry Christmas asshole.
