First off, I ran across this story earlier in the evening and according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s office this arrest has no connection with the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings but it shows they are really cracking down hard.
Convicted sex offender and child pornographer Timothy Loucakis lives less than a mile north of Haleigh Cummings’ trailer and has been arrested on charges that the 50-year-old man violated his curfew this past Wednesday evening.
According to Sheriff Jeff Hardy they have gone back in the GPS monitoring records and those records show that he was in his home zone the night that Haleigh went missing. He is supposed to stay inside his house between 10pm and 6am and is not allowed out. This having been said, investigators will be returning to the Loucakis home to search the area. Better safe than sorry.
