According to several sources I’ve come across since I got home this evening Phillip Garrido, the abductor of Jaycee Dugard and father of her two children, raped a 14-year-old girl back in 1972.

He was arrested and charged with the rape and was set to be prosecuted but the charges ended up being dropped because the girl, who was repeatedly raped and assaulted, refused to testify.

After seeing Garrido on the television this past week the victim contacted police. The woman in the case wants to remain anonymous but Katherine Callaway Hall, the Nevada woman who was kidnapped and raped by Garrido in 1976, thinks he should be given the death penalty.
