Now there's a sad look. The kind you get on your face when you know you've been caught doing something really bad and you aren't going to be able to find a way to fix it. Ooops.
His story has changed and now he's claiming that he just found out a few weeks ago that it's illegal. Christ. WTF has he been doing for the last 31 years?
Regardless of whether he knew it was legal or no legal the Pasco County deputies arrested him Friday morning on charges of unlawful sex with a minor. The 17-year-old girl told deputies that the sex was consensual. He is currently being held in the Land O'Lakes jail on $10,000 bond. This is actually his second brush with Pasco County deputies. Back in 2006 he was arrested on a minor charge of possession of Marijuana as well as possession of paraphernalia. The case is listed as "adjudication withheld" which means he probably entered a plea. He was also evicted from his apartment that same year. Guess it's hard to pay rent in jail. God I love Florida's sunshine laws.
