David Allen Cheney Was Really Pissed

...that's the only explanation I can find for the behavior which landed him in the Pasco County Jail last Tuesday night. That and the fact that perhaps he had one beer too many.

David Cheney got into an altercation with a teenager this past Tuesday and ended up swinging his beer bottle at the boy, trying to hit him with it. After he missed he grabbed the teen by the collar, scratching his face in the process. The kid punched him in the face in self-defense, which apparently put an end to that argument.

Cheney didn't stop there though. He took his asshat behavior on the road and things got worse after that. One of his neighbors cut him off so he decided to ram the back of their car and drive through several yards when he tried to pass them on the right. While he was busy showing off his mad driving skills he added to the experience by screaming profanities and shooting the bird at them.

Obviously the Pasco County Sheriff's Office caught up with Cheney and he's now spending quality time in the cross-bar motel, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault with intent to commit a felony and battery. His bond is $10,150. Hopefully it'll be a while before he can make bail and maybe in the meantime he can work on some of his anger issues.
