America's Most Wanted Updates!
In the late eighties and early nineties David Green was infamous in the Cleveland, Ohio vicinity for being the leader of a major drug operation. He distributed millions of dollars in cocaine into the west side of Cleveland. He was also an unflinching leader who ruled his organization with intimidation and brooked no disobedience. Apparently he treated his family the same way and even used his wive(s) and six children from the four marriages to transport the drugs.
In ’91 law enforcement here in Georgia finally decided that they had enough evidence to make a case against him, raided his home and arrested him. The found automatic weapons, high powered hunting rifles and drug paraphernalia in the home. He was convicted to 19.5 years in prison. Unfortunately he wasn’t there very long as Green escaped from a Federal minimum security camp in Ohio by just walking off the premises. They closed the facility a week later and I am sure many heads rolled on that one.
Green has been on the run since 2000 and has been featured on America’s Most Wanted twice since then. He, along with murderer Luc Pierre-Charles Jr have been added to the United States Marshals’ list of 15 Most Wanted.
Luc Pierre-Charles, like Daddy Dave, made his living selling drugs. He is wanted for the 2006 murders of 17-year-old Derek Jame Pieper and 18-year-old Raymon Alphonse Veluz. In May of this year a deputy stopped Pierre-Charles for a traffic violation and put him under arrest. Although the Pasco County, Florida deputy put him in the back of the police car Luc made an escape even after having been tased by the deputy. In July the Pasco County Sheriff’s office finally issued first-degree murder warrants for Luc Pierre-Charles and Tyree Jenkins. By chance Jenkins was arrested at a traffic stop the same day in New Port Richey (I used to spend summers right up the road from there and I love the area). There is also a $25,000 reward offered for information that leads directly to the arrest of Pierre-Charles.
Jenkins was also charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and last I read was being held without bail.
