The last post was so long I decided to add a new one here. This case just seems to be getting more and more surreal.
Lots of different reports today from several different sources. I’ve been receiving emails since about seven this morning. I spent the greater part of the day working and then sat in meetings until six this evening so this is the first chance I have had to sit down. I haven’t even answered my emails or comments yet, although I will try and get to them this evening at some point. The wife is cooking up some Ramen Noodles since they ate quite a while back.
Blogger News Network has a report up by Jan Barrett about Cindy Anthony and the bitch act she has been performing with the people that most want to help her out. For quite a while, up until today as a matter of fact I really just figured that Cindy is a grieving parent/grandparent who was in denial and we should cut the family some slack. Obviously they deserve a bit less slack after the outburst of the last couple of days.
Tim Miller from EquuSearch was a guest on the Nancy Grace show last night and he made a statement that he was angry at CIndy Anthony due to her lack of cooperation. Both Blogger News and Local 6 have the report.
I’m pissed off. I feel as though we have been used in this and we are not getting any cooperation. We have done everything Cindy Anthony has asked us to do.
Cindy Anthony is apparently not please because today she released a statement:
Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses – both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organizations at the expense of exploiting my granddaughter’s disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finder’s Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent 12 hours in my home with my family including Casey when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padilla’s footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the effort of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace.
That’s just not fucking cool. I first heard about Tim Miller and Texas EquuSearch during the search for Natalee Holloway and since then I have learned nothing but respect for the man. Both he and to a smaller extent Leonard Padilla have wanted nothing but to find the girl and bring her home, either dead or alive. The fact is that Cindy Anthony is going to be in for a serious shocker when they do find Caylee and finally figure out what happened to her.
In response to Cindy Anthony, Tim Miller had this to say:
This is about Caylee, period, the end. And I would hope if something has happened to Caylee, I would hope Cindy would want us out here finding her body too. If Cindy wants us to stop looking for her body, guess what – we are not going to.
Good for you Tim, as well as the folks from EquuSearch.
Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary was also on TV last night at a news conference and had this to say:
Cindy Anthony was on national TV demanding an apology from the sheriff’s office. It won’t happen. It won’t happen. We are doing out job. What we need is credible information especially from her daughter and that is a message I send back to her.
It’s being reported on several different sites now, that Casey Anthony has posted bond yet again and could be going home tomorrow. There are two holds on her again, one most likely being another psychological evaluation and the other the ankle bracelet she gets to sport. I hear those are all the rage now among rotten parents. Dalia Girl has the scoop:
“Casey Anthony is being bailed out of jail. The individual posting the bond prefers to remain anonymous and is doing it because of the belief that Ms. Anthony’s Constitutional rights have been grossly violated. Mr. Baez will have no comment abou the bond and will respect the privacy of the anonymous party,” a Press Corp. Media release said.
Two different bond agencies in Kissimmee split the bond — $250,000 each.
The exact time Casey Anthony leaves the jail is not known.
Jose Baez must be busy as he has hired a public relations firm to help out. Through the PR firm he released a statement about Casey Anthony’s bond today:
Originally I had a ton more stuff here but my server went down and my last autosave of the draft left out about 2000 words. I’ve been working on this for about an hour and a half, I’m tired and will maybe update this post tomorrow. Fucking Google Chrome pisses me off. I have been using either Firefox or Flock and both save EVERYTHING I type so if I try to publish and the server is down all I have to do is go back to the previous page. Guess I’m going back to flock until/unless Google makes some needed improvements.
