Updated 10/14/08 – Casey Anthony has been indicted by a grand jury on seven counts including 1st Degree Murder and is in police custody. More info here.
The Grand Jury in Orange County, Florida is scheduled to meet next Tuesday and according to several news reports I have read, prosecutors will be seeking homicide charges against Casey Anthony, mother of three-year-old Caylee Anthony. Prosecutors won’t discuss whether or not this is the case.
It’s only been a matter of time until they actually did this. With the evidence back from the FBI it’s a really good chance that she will be convicted even without the body.
There’s still the off chance that Caylee’s body will be found though. Texas EquuSearch will be back in Florida on Friday to determine whether or not they can begin searching for Caylee. Tim Miller is also going to be discussing the Jennifer Kesse case with Orlando Police detectives. She has been missing since January of 2006 and has been a subject of wide discussion on the Internet.

You just need to get a fucking life or something.
Why did they request DNA samples from George,Cindy and Lee? I read that George and Cindy gave DNA samples willingly but Lee refused. I found this a little odd.

What concerns me is the fact that Lee refused. Since most murders are committed by people that know the victims it’s almost standard operating procedure to take DNA samples from the people closest, particularly in this case because any of the others could have at least been involved in the coverup.
