A missing child alert has been issued for Ar’Marion Hargrove, 5-years-old. Ar’Marion and his mother live in Lakeland, Florida.
The local sheriff’s department believe that he’s with his father Charles Hargrove of Plant City, Florida. They were last seen on Monday in Lakeland when Hargrove picked his son up for his regularly scheduled visitation but never brought him back to his mother.
According to detectives the mother is concerned because Charles Hargrove appeared confused and depressed when she spoke with him last. Police think that the two may be in the Miami are and want anyone with any information to please call the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 863-534-6200.
Charles Hargrove was last seen driving a rental car, a 2009 white four-door Chevrolet Impala with Florida tags 575-HXD. Although the picture to the right shows Charles with long hair police say that his hair is currently short.
I certainly wouldn’t want to second guess anyone, particularly someone looking for their child but if the dude was depressed and confused wouldn’t it have been a good idea to supervise the visit. I know with custody problems that might not have even been possible.
