Police in Syracuse, Utah arrested 40-year-old Kimberlee William Arigot last week on charges of unlawful sex with a minor, unlawful sexual conduct and dealing materials harmful to a minor.
Law enforcement started their investigation after receiving a tip that a woman had been sending nude pictures of herself to a teenage boy. Once they started looking into it they discovered that the person in question was actually 18 but considering the rumors they were still pretty concerned.
Turns out that Kimberlee was allegedly having sex over the last six months to a year with three boys ranging in age from 15-17. Kimberlee actually admitted it to police after she had been brought in for questioning.
Arigot knew the victims through friends of her teenage daughter. According to one report I read she was also allegedly providing the boys with alcohol as well.
She was booked into the Davis County jail last week but is currently out on bail. What’s really sad about this whole thing is that if she’s telling the truth that makes her a sexual predator but unfortunately she will be able to cop a plea deal and get off with NO time served, simply because she is a woman. Were this a man sleeping with 15-year-old girls they would want to bury him under the jail.
While I have managed to find Kimberlee’s husband and daughter on MySpace I haven’t found a profile for her anywhere but Classmates so far and there is no sense in posting the links to the others currently.
Updated 9/29/09 – Back in February Kimberlee pleaded not guilty during a hearing but she apparently has changed her mind in the meantime and pleaded Guilty to Unlawful Sexual Conduct, Unlawful Sexual Activity With a Minor and Dealing in Harmful Materials yesterday. Her sentencing is scheduled for November 25th.
The prosecutor offered her some sort of plea deal back at the beginning of September and as her court date was supposed to have been the first week of December it looks as though she may have taken it.

I went to school with Kimberlee; she was always very kind-hearted to me, even though I was an awkward dork. Her family still lives in the same neighborhood as my family, and they are great people who have had many struggles throughout their lives. When my Dad passed away, she was the only one of my friends to come to the funeral; I appreciate her so much for that, and I will always appreciate her for her friendliness. Although we don’t keep in touch with each other, we still bump into each other from time to time, and she looks just as kind and beautiful (and totally hot!) as she did in high school; so although don’t know firsthand what happened in the case with these teenaged boys, I seriously doubt they were “forced” to do anything. In fact, I’d go as far as to say that these boys didn’t consider themselves “victims” at all. To the contrary, it’s more likely that the boys were very happy about the situation until their parents found out. Therefore, I doubt the boys will be traumatized for life. Personally, I’ve known several men who had their first teenage sexual experiences with older women (no, I was not the older woman in question), and they’re none the worse for it. Furthermore, I believe that it is more wrong for an older man to have sex with a teenage girl than the other way around. My reasoning is that, biologically, teenaged boys are just wired for such things–sexual pleasure is an end in and of itself; whereas teenaged girls who “put out” are more than likely just seeking attention and popularity, not sexual pleasure. Be that as it may, the law doesn’t share my (admittedly double-standard) opinion. But perhaps my opinion and analysis of the situation can prompt people to give Kimberlee a break. She’s a good person who made a mistake.

I hate to say it but even though it is illegal and in my head I know she is as much of a pedophile as a 40-year-old man would be were the situations reversed, in my heart I agree with you. Of course that’s because I am a guy and you are right, we ARE wired that way. As a 17-year-old if a hot MILF had thrown herself at me I would have hit it as well.
The law is the law however and WE make the laws so we also need to follow them.
What idiotic comments. When young boys are sexualized by older women it can cause all kinds of emotional development problems. When a 16 year old boy has sex with a 40 year old women it can distort the sex act, and prevent him from ever being able to have a healthy, normal relationship later in life. The boys in question my have like it, they may have love it, but that doesn’t make it right, and it doesn’t make her a “good person” who “just made a mistake”. She is a disgusting sexual preditor and they should put her in jail for the rest of her life.

I FEEL VERY BAD FOR HER. SHE ALSO IS A VICTUM, SHE GOT CAUGHT DOING SOMETHING WITH OLDER TEENS. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING ON IN HER MIND AT THE TIME OF THE ACTS.
