They have finally set a court date (tentatively) for Casey Antony, accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony, back in the summer of 2008. Right now the case is scheduled for October 12th of this year although that might end up getting pushed back due to legal maneuverings,
In addition to setting the date Judge Stan Strickland also ruled on a couple of motions concerning Casey Anthony. Her lawyer, Jose Baez, trying to get photos from Casey’s photobucket account to not be released to the public along with the video of her reaction in jail to the news that Caylee’s body had been found.
Strickland ruled that it is OK to release the photos. Considering that the press and everyone else has already seen them the motion was pretty much moot anyway. As far as the video Strickland said that he will rule on that in two weeks.

It is so obvious that she is guilty. The good news is that Florida has the death penalty and I hope they fry her soon. What mother kills their own child? And then goes out to party. They will string this out as long as they can, of course.
The State Attorney announced months ago that they would not be seeking the death penalty against Casey Anthony.
This really makes me sick. I have a three year old daughter and I could never imagine harming her in any way. I hope she gets put away for life.
