Yesterday Clackamas County, Oregon Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call that a rape had happened in the bathroom of a fast food restaurant in Milwaukie. Allegedly Evanivaldo Alejo-Sebastian had raped a female in the bathroom of the restaurant where they both worked. She was transported to a local hospital where she was evaluated.
After interviewing the victim and several witnesses at the place, as well as Alejo-Sebastian, police arrested him on charges of 1st degree rape as well as 3rd degree sexual abuse. He is currently lodged in the Clackamas County Jail and was supposed to be arraigned at 3 p.m. today. I don’t have the results of the arraignment yet but will try and update the post once I get them.
