Cesar Laurean Pleads Not Guilty

Cesar Laurean, the man accused of killing 20-year-old Marine Maria Lauterbach in 2007 showed up briefly in court this week and entered a plea of “Not Guilty”. While the prosecutor’s office is not very happy about it the judge set a tentative trial date of March 2010 because Laurean’s defense attorney claims to have eight pending murder trials between now and then.
