The October trial date for Casey Anthony has now been canceled during a conference in Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland’s chambers. Back when the state announced that it would be seeking the death penalty it was mentioned that the trial would not take place this fall but now it’s official. There has been no new date set for her trial but a status hearing has been set for January 21st, 2010 at 10am. So much for a speedy trial, huh?

What a lot of BS!!!! There should be no cancellation or no delays. Her daughter didn’t get any cancellations or delays!! Poor liitle Caylee’s fate was speedy. Casey’s fate should be just as speedy. Is there any juystice?
