This is the second feces-related story in 24 hours. Hmm…let’s hope it’s not going to be a theme for the week, my stomach can’t take it.
First off, I am not a clean freak. I like things in their place and I like stuff to be picked up but let’s face it, unless you have a serious case of OCD stuff if messy if you have kids. I still have last night’s dishes in the sink (which irritates the hell out of my OCD), my desk is full of paperwork and there are shoes scattered on the floor. One thing you won’t find strewn around my house is feces, cockroaches, containers of bleach, bug spray and rusty sharp tools, which is exactly what was found at the home of 33-year-old Adam Hawker Cluff.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office this isn’t the first time they have been to Cluff’s house to advise the parents to clean up an “unhealthy situation” either. The kids have been removed from the house and are either in foster care or possibly with a relative.
When Adam Cluff was arrested for child abuse on Thursday he told police that he allows his three children under the age of ten to throw their feces and play in the room where it is allowed. Monkeys throw their shit at people, not the other way around. According to the arrest report the floor, walls and ceiling of the room is covered in human feces. Setting aside the fact that playing with shit is a health problem it’s just nasty. Kids are supposed to be taught to behave and allowing them to just do whatever the hell they want is the root of a problem that’s going to manifest itself in their teen years and get really ugly.
