Carissa Allred Sold Dope With Her Babies in the Car

22-year-old Carrisa A. Allred (MySpace) of Ingleside, Illinois is apparently having a hard time making an honest living to support her kids so she allegedly decided to make a bit on the side selling heroin. The reports I’ve seen don’t detail whether Carrisa is a drug user but I certainly wouldn’t doubt it. They also don’t detail how long she’s been selling it. Carrisa does have a record with a charge of theft and resisting arrest back in 2008.

Carrisa met her buyers in the parking lot of the Big Lots in Ingleside this past Tuesday night and tried to sell them about a gram of heroin. Unbeknownst to her, at least initially, they were undercover police officers.  Allred was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. She’s being lodged in the Lake County Jail on $10,000

What really gets me about this is the fact that she had her two babies in the car when she was making the drug deal. I guess drug dealers have a hard time finding good day care just like the rest of us. The infants were also taken into custody and later on released to family members.
