Benito Toscano Vargas Arrested For Raping a Woman

Benito Toscano-Vargas has been arrested in Marietta after he allegedly lured a woman to the Crestmont Apartments on Thursday in order to buy beauty products. From the looks of his mug shot he could use a few beauty products.

When the woman arrived she was forced by gunpoint into the woods where police say that Toscano-Vargas robbed her and raped her. The woman was able to convince him to let her go and she called the police after running off.

Toscano-Vargas has been arrested and charged with armed robbery, rape, kidnapping and terroristic threats.
