29-year-old Rebecca Dawn Bogard, who taught science in an alternative school in Biloxi, Mississippi, was arrested in January 2008 for having sex with a 15-year-old student from the school.
After having been found guilty of statutory rape the judge suspended six out of seven years of her sentence and she will now spend one entire year in jail for molesting a child. She has also been ordered to give up her teaching certificate and has to register as a convicted sex offender.
There is a MySpace account linked below that is listed as her’s but I am pretty sure someone else must have set it up. It has her mug shot as the profile picture and also has her age listed as 16.
