Bernard Rhodes Shot His Wife

43-Year-Old Bernard Rhodes of Macon, Georgia has been arrested in the murder of his wife, 35-Year-Old Cynthia Rhodes.

The couple was arguing at the home of Bernard’s brother and I guess it got out of hand and in a fit of rage Rhodes shot Cynthia in the head and then called 911, having realized what he had done. She was initially taken to the Medical Center of Central Georgia Sunday night and Bernard Rhodes was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime.

Cynthia has since died and Bernard Rhodes is now charged with Murder.

He is currently lodged in the Bibb County Jail with no bond.
