More RIAA antics

Apparently the RIAA has decided that copying your CD’s to your ipod (or other music players) is not legal and does not constitue fair use. Stupid fucks are trying to drive all of their business to electronic downloads I suppose.

Five finger test

That’s what I thought it said at first. Don’t know where the mind is today.

Your Five Factor Personality Profile

Extroversion:

You have medium extroversion.
You’re not the life of the party, but you do show up for the party.
Sometimes you are full of energy and open to new social experiences.
But you also need to hibernate and enjoy your “down time.”

Conscientiousness:

You have low conscientiousness.
Impulsive and off the wall, you don’t take life too seriously.
Unfortunately, you sometimes end up regretting your snap decisions.
Overall, you tend to lack focus, and it’s difficult for you to get important things done.

Agreeableness:

You have medium agreeableness.
You’re generally a friendly and trusting person.
But you also have a healthy dose of cynicism.
You get along well with others, as long as they play fair.

Neuroticism:

You have medium neuroticism.
You’re generally cool and collected, but sometimes you do panic.
Little worries or problems can consume you, draining your energy.
Your life is pretty smooth, but there’s a few emotional bumps you’d like to get rid of.

Openness to experience:

Your openness to new experiences is medium.
You are generally broad minded when it come to new things.
But if something crosses a moral line, there’s no way you’ll approve of it.
You are suspicious of anything too wacky, though you do still consider creativity a virtue.

Waveland Pictures

I finally pulled these off of my camera and just decided to upload them in one big batch. Most of them were taken on my drive to work from the hotel in d’Iberville, to the store in Waveland. Everything is still pretty fucked up.

Fucking taxes

Finally finished mine, I am actually getting a refund from State and Federal for once. Damn. First thing tommorow I will have them start taking out less from my checks for this year. The refund is nice, and it will go to pay some bills, but I have no interest in giving the government an interest free loan throughout the year.
I finished one of my waitresses returns and sent it, still have one more to do.

Hilton Head ('01)

I am not 100% sure since there is no date on the back of the pic, but I believe that this was taken on Hilton Head Island on New Years weekend in 2001 (possibly 2000).

September, 1989

Have to put this up for my brother. His birthday is Sunday, and I will be lucky if I can remember to call and wish him a good one. Maybe I will call early. Anyway, this is he at 17 and Chris (my 17 year old). They BOTH have that “what the fuck am I supposed to do with this” look.

The Wedding Party

Wedding_Party.jpg
This one is about 18 years old. Damn. I was hung over and the sun was in my eyes, so I have that unmistakable Popeye look that I have in more than one picture taken outside.

Home

It’s nice to be at home where I can take a crap and post to my blog at the same time. It’s just not the same at a hotel.

What a fun flight

This is what I got to fly there and back in.
