Those Zany Muslims
I found this pretty interesting. Why is it that when I go to CNN to see what those Islam fundamentalists guys are doing, the stories that are top news are stuff like “Updated on Space Station Status” and “First Female Space Tourist Blasts Off”. I have to scroll way the fuck down to the bottom of the page just to find anything even remotely related to them, or the reaction to the Pope.
So what are you listening to this morning, Rich?
…I’m glad you asked that. I am pretty much just trying to keep busy so that I don’t take my happy ass to the store to buy smokes. Here’s what’s in the party shuffle right now.

The Pope’s Address
The only reason I am posting this is because I wanted to have a permanent copy of it, and this seemed like a good place for it. I read Pope Benedict’s address last week when all of the furor was just getting started and really didn’t find much that was untrue in it. Still not sure why they are so getting bent out of shape about it except for the fact that sometimes people get really pissed off when they hear the truth.
If you want to read it at the Vatican’s web site, you can find it here. You will find it in entirety in the extended entry.
