Up and running
Finally got my PC back up and running, along with a couple of others that were for cash. I hate not having a computer. It sucked because I lost most of my pics from the last year. I have some older backups, but nothing recent. Luckily I have not deleted the Disney photos from my SD card. I though I had lost those. What a crappy sinking feeling.
Of course the kids (as well as us) will always remember, but it is nice to have pictures as well. They have just moved from the heavy album, to the TV instead. I just need to make sure that I have a couple of backups.
More PC woes
This sucks. I am currently working on several computers, and mine has crapped out. Not sure if it is the memory or what. Oh well, the rest have now gone to the back of the line, but not too far, as they are for cash.

This was a fairly interesting case for me. I haven’t been seriously following it, but the results do have an effect on me. I have an issue where a couple of people will come in to work, clock in, then spend 20 or 30 minutes fucking around getting dressed or smoking before they actually go on the floor. I have always just changed their time in to reflect when they actually started out on the floor, which this decision supports. Good deal.
Do people actually buy this shit?

What is really scary is that less than 600 people voted. People that don’t exercise their right to vote end up losing it.

I know it is an off year, but I would give my fucking right arm to be able to vote (well, maybe the teeniest tip of my littlest finger anyway). I did so yesterday. The only things on the ballot were for Mayor of Temple, and a couple of city council seats. I have been searching all morning and can’t find the fucking results anywhere.
