I just watched this video of a little black girl throwing a tantrum at school and tearing things up. Looks as if school officials handled things perfectly, even to the point of having the cops arrive. The thing is, the smart thing to do would be for the principle to give her a good whacking on the ass, and if she would not calm down, tie her ass toa chair until a parent showed up. The big problem with that is that then the parent would have sued the shit out of them, the teacher and administrator would have lost their jobs, and some stupid mutherfucker like Cynthia Mckinney would have even more stupid fucking laws passed.
So basically, even though it Shouldn’t have taken three police officers to cuff her and calm her down,, IT HAD to be that way, for their LEGAL protection, as well as the schools. The real criminal here is the mother, who apparently expects the schools to teach her child how to act since she obviously didn’t. And of course the stupid bitch already has a lawyer. At least if she wins a lawsuit she might get off fucking welfare for awhile.

Was riding home to pick up the girls this afternoon and found the way blocked by a damn firetruck. Apparently the Tour de Georgia goes through Temple. Duh. Shows how aware of llife I have been this week. Got some pretty shitty pictures on my phone, and will upload them later this evening.

…again. Obviously haven’t done a lot of posting this weekend. About the only thing I have done while not at work is play solitaire and sit my happy ass on the couch. Trying to get over a sinus infection. My damn ears are stopped up, basically just miserable. Have to go to work soon, maybe this afternoon I will have a little time.

Goddammit I hate bad dreams. Stephanie and I had a small fight, which is very rare, especially after 17 years, but we did. So I woke up from a fucking nightmare as a result. Damn, she is sleeping fine. What a weird fucking dream. Something about a mall. My Aunt was in it, which makes sense because I spoke with her on the phone the other day. But we got in a fight in a large public face, which is like probably one of my biggest fears, and of course everyone in the mall was booing me because I am an asshole. Damn.

…or not. Got home from work around 6pm last night. Seems like no big deal until you figure that I left for work at 5:30 yesterday morning. Hung out with Stephanie and the kids, and watched some TV that I missed during the week. Drank too many beers (which means 3 or 4 for me). My fucking head hurts this morning. I went ahead and got up so that I could do a little work around the houes. I promised Chris that I would take him to see Sin City, so I bought tickets last night at Fandango. Shit, movie prices went up again since I have been. $6.50 for Matinee. I also have another computer to fix for someone. Have to do a win 98 reinstall after I back up some pictures and stuff. Then have another to work on. Had to replace the hard drive, and need to go down to the basement and dig up a damn AT power supply, her fan went out.

Unfortunately I only have one day off, then have to work two, then get another, then I go seven before I can take another day off. Not sure how I managed to get roped into it, but all of the middle and upper management are going to be out of town at a retreat Tuesday and Wednesday, so I get to run the damn division. That should be ok Tuesday, but Wednesday is going to be a goatfuck. Have to hit 9 stores in seven hours and make sure that the weekly paperwork is done, and close it out myself in a couple of cases. I also get my big delivery Wednesday, and of course Stephanie has class, so I have to be finished and picking the kids up by 3:40. I must be a dumbass for agreeing to run it those two days. I’m not even the senior manager. Maybe all total if you don’t count the three years that I spent at the corporate office, but that is besides the point.

Guess I will check my email and bank balance and get my ass moving.

I heard from a customer earlier, that Pope John Paul II has died. Now that I have had a chance to get home I see that it is true. Doesn’t mean a hell of a lot to me, just that a world leader has passed away, but my wife and her family are catholic, so I suppose it is much more important. I called her to let her know. I am more interested in seeing who they pick as the next Pope. I will certainly try to follow that. I remember when he became the pope, but I was 12 at that time, so alot of what I remember is skewed by a 12 year olds memories, which are always larger than life.
