After having lost 43 straight times to Notre Dame, Navy finally beat them in triple overtime. The last time that Navy beat them was in 1963.

I posted yesterday about the kid that died after being left in the car for seven hours while his mother worked at Hooters. Phoenix police have charged her with felony negligent homicide.

I read over at Fox News that she usually dropped her child off at a day care center prior to going to work. That answers my question about why nobody called her as day care centers don’t normally do this.

Also according to Fox, Hooters closed it’s restaurant on Wednesday and provided counseling sessions for the employees.

Apparently I was one of the few house, at least on my side of the neighborhood, that actually decorated for Halloween. There are quite a few people in my area of podunk Georgia that do the trunk or treat thing at the churches. Thanks but no thanks. Even our division (work) set up down there and gave out candy. That’s why I scheduled myself off . More power to them but I enjoy the traditional scary Halloween.
