Stephanie and the kids arrived home safely this afternoon. It was pretty nice to see them. Christopher worked very hard over the last two week and took us all to Applebees for dinner tonight. That was kind of cool.
What was really cool (and saddening at the same time), was seeing his downfallen look as he picked up the check and I made sure to tell him not to forget a 15% tip. All total probably about 10% of what he made the last two week. Not to mention the 10% off the top that I make him save. It’s pretty hard to learn those lessons, but learn them we all must, hopefully in small doses at first. I think that tommorow Stephanie will sign the kids up at the upromise web site. I will be sure to post the link for anyone interested in financing my kids education.
I was supposed to have heard from a trainee today who might have been riding with me to those stupid classes tommorow, but noone has heard from him or seen him since Friday. Guess I will be riding by myself. It would have been nice to room-mate with him over the next few days since he smokes as well. Make the week go a little easier. Should be an interesting week.
I am kind of looking forward to seeing a couple of people anyhow. Supposed to go out with my old co-workers in the IT dept at some point this week. Probably the last day.

New look
Found a template that I really like, kind of fits with my mood.
There are some ares that I still need to work on and fix, but otherwise it looks alright.
A day late
The ended up leaving a day later than expected, but have gotten there safely.
The only sucky part is that they get back in town Sunday evening, and I have to leave town for four days on Monday for training classes.
How to infuriate the RIAA and stay enragingly legal
Came across a link at /. that discusses a way to use the RIAA system to broadcast music legally, and cheaply. It is a pretty biased article, obvuisly written by someone who knows how difficult coding is, but pretty informative anyway.
Well-Hung Incredible Hulk
Heard about this on the Radio Saturday, and finally found the link. According to the Sun, a little girl that won a Hulk Doll, found more than she bargained for beneath his pants, hehe.
Flash Comic
Thanks to boingboing.net , found this link to a pretty cool online comic, in Flash.
New Browser
I came across a fairly new browser, very cool, and extremely skinnable. Check out the screenshot below.

It’s called Phaseout and can be downloaded (for free) at phaseout.net
New Pictures
Stephanie uploaded some new pictures last night and today, links are posted to the left.
Apparently if your resolution is set to less than 1024×768 or possibly 800×600, the links all show up at the bottom of the page. I will attempt to do something about it over the weekend. With my job change this month, it has left me very little free time for computer stuff.
Family Gathering Pictures
Finally got around to start looking at the video, and the few pictures I took with the kodak. I uploaded around 25, from the most recent gathering, as well as a few from previous ones. Not sure about the dates, so if I am wrong, send me an email and I will get it corrected.
You can tell the different between the scans, and ones that I took with my kodak, and the stills from the Sony camcorder. The sony shots are VERY low quality, and you can tell. Will have to see what I can do about that.
Anyhow, I will be posting more in the days to come. If you do NOT want your photo posted, email Stephanie or myself.
New Photo Gallery
Finally got around to finding a decent ASP template for my photo gallery. You can still find the links to the right, or here.
Unfortunately, I have to reupload most of the photos. If you have any that you would like included, it should let you upload them, for approval. If they do not show up within 24-36 hours, email me, and I will take a look.
