The call girl involved in the sex scandal with former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer filed a lawsuit Monday suing the founder of the “Girls Gone Wild” video series for more than $10 million.

Now that her meal ticket has resigned as governor of New York, call girl Ashley Dupre has decided to sue the Girls Gone Wild founder as well as others for $10 million, claiming that she was 17, he knew it, and exploited her.
Sounds to me like a bunch of bullshit but then again, this dude needs to be sued. He’s out of jail now and apparently hasn’t learned his lesson.

In the complaint filed in Miami, Florida, Ashley Alexandra Dupre says she was vacationing in Miami Beach when she was approached by agents and representatives of the defendant, Joe Francis, and offered alcoholic drinks.
While intoxicated, Dupre was persuaded to expose her breasts and then told to sign a release form, according to a statement from her legal counsel, Richard C. Wolfe. Wolfe contends that Dupre “was 17 years old and therefore not legally competent to enter into a contract with the defendants.”

I don’t guess I’ve ever seen a Girls Gone Wild video and while I am no opponent of porn, actually I like it, child pornography is just pretty sick and the Girls Gone Wild series is close enough to child porn to be included.

So I felt like Marlon Perkins chasing this damn thing through my back yard. The video sucks but what the hell do you expect from a cell phone anyway? Actually, I expect a lot from a $500 cell phone. It should be wiping my ass and making me coffee in the mornings…

Anyway, I promised earlier that I would post this if I could get it on youtube, so there it is to help whet your snakey fears. You only really get to see the thing toward the middle and the end of the short clip anyway.

I’m probably going to have bad snake dreams all night. Hell, that may be why I’m still awake. I did grab that fucker’s tail after all. At least I didn’t end up like this dude…

It’s like something out of a bad movie or a scary novel.
Apparently this dude has kept his daughter locked in the basement for 24 years, had seven children by her, burning one of them in the oven when the child died, and his wife never knew about it. Talk about freaky! They’ve got the story up over at CNN.

A 73-year-old man has confessed to holding his daughter captive in his home cellar for nearly 24 years and fathering seven children by her, Austrian police say. The woman is described as “very disturbed” and having trouble talking about her ordeal. She went missing in 1984, when she was 18, police said.

Hey, isn’t Austria where that other dude kept the girl captive that escaped last year? Hell, I don’t really remember but it sure is ringing a bell.

Police spokesman Franz Polzer told CNN that 73-year-old Josef Fritzl admitted holding his daughter, Elisabeth Fritzl, 42, hostage in the windowless cell and fathering seven children by her.
“The mother had memories [of the outside world] and got used to the situation,” Polzer told a press conference Monday afternoon. “The others knew nothing else.”

I’ve been looking around the net for links to this story and found Bella’s site. She answered my question above about the Austrian Girl. It was Natascha Kampusch that was abducted and lived for eight years in this sick bastard’s basement as a prisoner until she escaped. Now I remember writing about it at the time.
